BODY BLAST

AM HIIT
This is a High Intensity Interval Training workout composed of short periods of intense work alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. The HIIT workout class gets and keeps your heart rate up, burning more fat in less time as well as improving your strength and boosting your power and endurance for an entire body workout.
