Intro to fitness
Whether you are new to exercise or you are ready to get back to it, this low impact intro class is for you. This class will introduce a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout, focusing on form, balance training and aerobic and muscle strengthening. The goal is to build confidence performing each exercise, allowing you to exercise at your desired intensity level to get you toned and fit.

This interval training class is a great way to fire up your metabolism and improve your aerobic capacity in a short period, alternating between periods of exercise and active recovery. The workouts will use a combination of cardio and strength training exercises for legs, arms, and core for a total-body workout. Beginner to Intermediate modifications available.
