BODY BLAST
​Fire up your metabolism with a full body blast! This high intensity workout focuses on strengthening and toning all the muscles in the body. The workout includes cardio to increase the hearty rate and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt and core.

 Join us and MOVE! This workout includes dance and hip-hop moves with the perfect balance of cardio, toning and strength components. Designed to get you out of your head and into your body!

A healthy, active lifestyle is key to achieving balance in all aspects of our well being! Fit Camp is designed to give you a high intensity workout that will touch on these key areas of fitness: cardio, core, toning, strengthening & flexibility.

​Relieve stress and tension as you learn yoga postures, mediation and breathing exercises. This class is perfect for all fitness types- for those who enjoy low-impact exercise regimen.

Individuals will have the opportunity to learn a variety of stretching exercises and utilize yoga movements using a chair, mat on the floor or a combination of both. Exercises will be based on your skill level and fitness.

This revised, energizing morning class will boost your body's muscles using a variety of equipment, weights, resistance bands, stability ball and more. We'll combine exercises to strengthen heart and lungs with weight training to get you a great workout!

forever fit for life-SENIOR
Our goal is help Seniors be the best they can be through balance, core, strengthening and stretching exercises, working at their own pace. Expect to  improve your coordination, agility, attitude and mental focus in a class you'll look forward to.

AM HIIT
AM HIIT: This is a High Intensity Interval Training workout composed of short periods of intense work alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. The HIIT workout class gets and keeps your heart rate up, burning more fat in less time as well as improving your strength and boosting your power and endurance for an entire body workout.
