AQUA STRENGTH & STRETCH
In this moderate intensity class your target heart rate will be reached early and maintained during each class. Workout is concluded with a stretch and cool down. Aqua shoes are recommended.

AEROBIC WAVES
This water class provides a great cardiovascular workout, increased flexibility, and enhanced strength without stress on your joints. Classes will be held in 3 to 5 foot depth of the pool. Aqua shoes are recommended.
Days: Monday and Thursday
Time: 7:15-8:00 pm

LAP SWIMMING
Swim at your own pace and increase your mileage as you swim for fitness.
DEEP WATER MOVING
This a basic, deep-water class that is held in the deep end of the pool. Benefits include no impact and improved flexibility. Buoyancy belts and noodles are provided to use.
WATER WALKING
45 minutes of water walking equals 90 minutes of landing walking! Class is in the shallow end of the pool.
