5K TRAININGThe 5k Training Camp will help you get ready for the WRC walk/race on June 4th! Note; 5K Training Camp is included in all 6 Month and 1 Year Fitness Membership packages, however the race is not. $20 registration fee includes a t-shirt + race entry if registered by May 23rd. After 5/23 it includes the race entry only @ $20.

This class is perfect for all fitness types- for those who enjoy low-impact exercise regimen. Held in Winter-Spring only, no class in Summer.
Days: Tuesday & Thursday Time: 6:30-7:15 pm Location: Studio A Fee: $30 Instructor: Rebecca Caughey BODY BLASTFire up your metabolism with a full body blast! This high intensity workout focuses on strengthening and toning all the muscles in the body. The workout includes cardio to increase the hearty rate and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt and core.

Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid pace to smash your cardio fitness. Held in Winter-Spring only, no class in Summer.
Days: Tuesday & Thursday Time: 5:30-6:15 pm Location: Studio B Fee: $30 Instructor: Danae Hobbs CYCLE CLASSESThese three spin classes will work your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, hips and even your core.

MOVE Fitness Join us and MOVE! This class Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm in Studio A. The workout includes dance and hip-hop moves with the perfect balance of cardio, toning and strength components. Designed two get you out of your head and into your body! MOVE is included in all 6 Mo. and 1 Year Fitness Center Membership packages.

Fit Camp is designed to give you a high intensity workout that will touch on these key areas of fitness: cardio, core, toning, strengthening & flexibility.

We'll combine exercises to strengthen heart and lungs with weight training to get you a great workout!

Expect to improve your coordination, agility, attitude and mental focus in a class you'll look forward to.
