FITNESS CLASSES

GENTLE YOGA

Relieve stress and tension as you learn yoga postures, mediation and breathing exercises. This class is perfect for all fitness types- for those who enjoy low-impact exercise regimen.
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 6:30-7:15 pm         
Location: Studio A

BODY BLAST

Fire up your metabolism with a full body blast! This high intensity workout focuses on strengthening and toning all the muscles in the body. The workout includes cardio to increase the hearty rate and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt and core.
Days: Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:15 pm 
           Saturday, 8:30-9:15 am

HI/LO POWER MIX

Hi/Lo will get you in shape, tone your muscles and burn calories. This utilizes free weights, resistance bands, kickboxing moves and strength training. Out of shape? No worries, we'll firm you right up!
Day: Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30-6:15 pm
Fee: $30

CYCLE 45

These 45 minute spin classes works your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, hips and even your core. 
Location: WRC Studio C
Fee: $30 each class 

MORNING CLASS

CARDIO KICKBOXING

This class will burn a ton of calories and build total body strength! Tap in to the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid pace to smash your cardio fitness. Kickboxing will deliver cutting-edge moves to get you an amazing workout.

FIT CAMP

A healthy, active lifestyle is key to achieving balance in all aspects of our well being! Fit Camp is designed to give you a high intensity workout that will touch on these key areas of fitness: cardio, core, toning, strengthening & flexibility.  This group exercise is highly encouraged for ALL levels of fitness.   
Days:  Monday - Friday     
Time: 5:15-6:05 am 
Location: Studio A

FOREVER FIT FOR LIFE-  ACTIVE

This revised, energizing morning class will boost your body's muscles using a variety of equipment, weights, resistance bands, stability ball and more. We'll combine exercises to strengthen heart and lungs with weight training to get you a great workout!
Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time: 9-10 am

FOREVER FIT FOR LIFE- SENIORS

Our goal is help Seniors be the best they can be through balance, core, strengthening and stretching exercises, working at their own pace. Expect to  improve your coordination, agility, attitude and mental focus in a class you'll look forward to.
Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time: 10:30-11:30 am
Location: Studio A
Fee: $35
