The Fitness Center is equipped with a variety of cardiovascular and weight training equipment, as well as staffed with dedicated and knowledgeable attendants and trainers.  Participants must be 14 years of age or older to utilize the facility.  Participants under 18 must obtain a parent or guardian's signature, and those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while working out.  Memberships are available at the Fitness Center.


To become a member, please schedule a one-time orientation session by calling 326-3435. 




Personal training


Judy Nusbaum joins qualified trainers, Debby Murphy and Cherity Elder to assist the inexperienced and experienced exerciser to reach their fitness goals with new techniques and workouts. Judy's area of expertise is assisting Senior Citizens with their physical fitness needs.We have you covered for all your fitness needs!  

Personal Training consists of one-on-one 1/2 hour sessions at which you will be introduced to new exercises, instructed in proper technique, and given advice on nutrition.

Let Cherity, Debbie and Judy design a personalized training program and “coach” you to achieve optimum results from your effects!

ONE-on-ONE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:   A minimum of 10 sessions is required. Each session is only $12.50 for a total of $125.

Student Special:

All students, high school and college, may purchase a one month membership for ONLY $10, to the Fitness Center through the end of May! Students must show their Student ID (or other proof of enrollment) when purchasing their memberships at the Fitness Center. Students 14 &15 years old must have an adult member (18 & older) with them to work out.
