The WRC was very excited to introcuce a new Personal Trainer to the Fitness Center, Judy Nusbaum. Judy's area of expertise is assisting Senior Citizens with their physical fitness needs. Judy joins qualified trainers, Debby Murphy and Cherity Elder to assist the inexperienced and experienced exerciser to reach their fitness goals with new techniques and workouts. We have you covered for all your fitness needs!
Personal Training consists of one-on-one 1/2 hour sessions at which you will be introduced to new exercises, instructed in proper technique, and given advice on nutrition.

LOCATION: Wellington Fitness Center
ONE-on-ONE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: A minimum of 10 sessions is required. Each session is only $12.50 for a total of $125.
